Herbed Salt Bath Rub

1/2 cup dried thyme

1/2 cup dried sage

1 cup coarse salt or himalyan salt

Run a hot bath. Stand in the bath water, weting your body. Scoop the herbed salt into your hand and rub your body in circles, counter clockwise. Start at your calves and word your way up, avoiding the genitals.

The salt and circular motion is good for lymphatic drainage and the herbs tingle adn stimulate the skin.

For your upper body, sit in the tub and continue the circular movements. Massage your lymphnodes around your chest and under your arms.

If you have any salt leftover add some hot water to the tub, pour it in and relax. Let the herbs cleanse your body and heighten your senses.
