Healing Lessons

Creating a healing center in your kitchen doesn't happen overnight.  It takes time, planning and organization.  Some of you may be learning new information, implementing new skills and experimenting with a different way of looking at food.  That takes time to absorb.  Healing lessons are snippets of information on how to create your own healing kitchen.  They don't encourage radical changes, but suggest ways to de-stress and de-clutter your special healing room.
