Chocolate Cinnamon Sauce
Pour this delicious and healthy sauce over Spicy
Fruit Salad and serve your lover in the afterglow!
4 ounces good-quality semisweet chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raw, soaked cashews
1/2 cup water
Soak the cashews overnight or for at least 6 hours. In a blender, process
cashews and water until creamy.
Melt chocolate, butter, water and sugar in a double boiler or in a bowl
placed in gently boiling water. Cook stirring regularly. Add the cashew cream
and cinnamon and stir. Simmer until the cream is heated thoroughly. Serve warm
over the Spicy Fruit Salad.
